"Billing Information" means Your credit card or other payment information and billing address used to complete any purchase transactions.
"Breweries" means the brewpubs, microbreweries, craft breweries, and contract brewing companies with whom BrewFund works to provide Services.
"BrewFund" means BrewFund, Inc., a corporation formed under the laws of the State of Tennessee and includes the Mobile App and Site.
"Identifiable Information" means Your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and telephone number.
"Mobile App" or "Purchase Application" means the mobile application that allows Users to pre-purchase alcoholic beverages at participating Breweries.
"Redemption Application" means the Breweries' point-of-sale system or other technology that allows redemption of alcohol units purchased through the Purchase Application.
"Services" means the online platforms offered by BrewFund through BrewFund's Mobile App and/or Site.
"Site" means BrewFund.com, the website comprised of various web pages operated by BrewFund, Inc.
"User" or "You" means the person utilizing BrewFund's Services through BrewFund's Mobile App and/or Site.
The BrewFund Mobile App is an ecommerce mobile application. The BrewFund Site is an ecommerce site.
3.1 BrewFund may collect Identifiable Information, including Your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and telephone number. If You utilize BrewFund's Services, BrewFund additionally collects Billing Information. Billing Information is necessary to complete the purchase transaction.
3.2. BrewFund may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to You, such as Your age and gender, time and location of any purchase, as well as time and location of any redemption. Such anonymous information may be aggregated and provided to participating retailers and partner organizations as part of regular reporting and auditing. Such anonymous information is excluded from Identifiable Information.
3.3 We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future. You will be notified of any changes pursuant to Section VIII.
3.4. Information about Your computer and mobile device hardware and software may be automatically collected by BrewFund. This information can include: Your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the BrewFund Services.
3.5 If You directly disclose Identifiable Information, Billing Information, or personally sensitive data through BrewFund's public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others.
3.6 BrewFund encourages You to review the privacy statements of websites You choose to link to from BrewFund so that You understand how those websites collect, use and share Your information. BrewFund is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the BrewFund Services.
3.7 Your tracked information may be reviewed and changed at any time. To do so simply contact BrewFund at: and send an email with the title: "Request to Review My Private Info" and a BrewFund representative will contact you to get the process started. You many only review your own personal data and the BrewFund representative will confirm your information.
4.1 BrewFund collects and uses Your Identifiable Information to operate its product(s) and deliver the Services You have requested.
4.2 BrewFund may also use Your Identifiable Information to inform You of other products or services available from BrewFund and its affiliates. BrewFund may also contact You via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
4.3 BrewFund does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists or Identifiable Information to third parties.
4.4 BrewFund may, from time to time, contact You on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to You. In those cases, Your Identifiable Information is not transferred to the third party. BrewFund may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send You email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using Your personal information except to provide these services to BrewFund, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of Your Identifiable Information.
4.5 BrewFund may keep track of the application views, websites and pages Users visit within BrewFund, in order to determine what BrewFund services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within BrewFund to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
4.6 BrewFund will disclose Your Identifiable Information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on BrewFund or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of BrewFund; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Users of BrewFund, or the public.
BrewFund secures Your Identifiable Information and Billing Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When Your Identifiable Information and/or Billing Information is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
BrewFund does not knowingly collect Identifiable Information from children under the age of eighteen (18). If You are under the age of eighteen (18), You are prohibited from using any of BrewFund's Services including BrewFund's Mobile App and Site.

BrewFund values Your privacy and takes all reasonable steps to safeguard Your information. If a security breach results in unauthorized access to Your information that materially affects You, BrewFund will notify You as soon as reasonably possible, within any constraints imposed by law enforcement or other regulators.
